Because Click2PDF offers digital services and credits, we issue refunds based strictly on the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only granted under the following circumstances:

  • You made a duplicate purchase by mistake, and the duplicate credits have not been used.
  • There is a major technical issue on our end that prevents you from using the service, and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • A subscription charge was made in error, and you notify us within 3 days of the charge date without using any features during that window.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds if:

  • You simply changed your mind after making a purchase.
  • You have partially or fully consumed the credits purchased.
  • You encounter a document incompatibility that falls outside our supported formats.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at support@click2pdf.in. Include your account email, order number, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We review requests within 3-5 business days.
